Acceptable Use policies apply on all plans. AI receptionist responses are generated based on the information you provide during setup. Customer Connect Pro is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or outdated business information.
Minute overages are billed at the per-minute rate for your plan tier. We will notify you before any overage charges are applied. Unused minutes do not roll over month to month.
Appointment booking features require integration with a supported calendar platform (Google Calendar, Calendly, or similar). Availability of third-party integrations is subject to change.
Call transfer and emergency escalation features are available on Professional and Elite plans only. Transfer availability depends on your team's phone line accessibility during business hours.

Additional minutes are available for purchase on all plans at your plan's per-minute rate.
Call transcripts and recordings are stored securely and retained for 90 days on Basic and Standard plans, or 1 year on Professional and Elite plans. Data retention policy applies.
AI receptionist performance may vary depending on caller accent, background noise, and call complexity. Calls that cannot be resolved by AI will be flagged for follow-up per your escalation preferences.
24/7 coverage is available on the Elite plan only. Business hours coverage (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM) applies to the Basic plan. Extended hours vary by plan — see plan details for specifics.
Discount is available for annual billing only, with a 1-year commitment. After the first year, pricing reverts to the then-current monthly rate unless renewed annually.
