If the call is urgent or needs a human, we follow your escalation rules by texting your team, routing the call on eligible plans, or capturing everything needed for fast follow-up.
Do I have to set anything up myself?
No. We handle onboarding, scripting, routing, and launch for you as part of the Configuration Fee. You tell us your hours, services, and call preferences, and we take care of the setup. If you need deeper customization or expanded handling, we can scale it with your plan.
What is “Done-for-you”?
It means we handle the setup work for you — including onboarding, scripting, routing, configuration, and launch — so you do not have to build or manage the system yourself.
What happens after each call?
After each call, you receive the caller’s details, what they needed, and any next step taken — including booked appointments when applicable. Depending on your plan, you can also receive summaries of every customer conversation, appointment confirmations, alerts, and dashboard visibility so your team knows exactly what happened and what needs attention.
Can I keep my existing business number?
Yes. We use call forwarding and a dedicated line, so you can usually keep the business number your customers already call.
Can calls transfer to my team?
